This drumstick recipe is so easy and delicious! I usually make some without any of the curry/garlic spice rub for the kids as they just like the drumsticks plain. The secret to making the drumsticks crispy is to lay them out on a cooling rack that is sitting on top of your foil lined baking sheet. Enjoy!
- 10 chicken drumsticks
- 1-2 tbsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 3 tbsp garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 450F
- Line your baking sheet with foil and place a cooling rack on top.
- Mix the salt, curry powder and garlic powder together in a bowl.
- Pat dry each of your drumsticks with a paper towel before coating each drumstick with the spice mixture and place on the cooling tray. Make sure the drumsticks are not touching each other.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
